Company directors agree there is a direct correlation between their staff's mental health and productivity and profitability levels. Forty per cent of employers see mental health as a strategic issues. However, only one third of companies have increased their wellbeing spend since the start of the pandemic.
That's according to SilverCloud®'s 2022 Workplace Wellbeing report in the UK, which surveyed 1,000 employees in medium or large organisation and 500 directors at equivalent-sized organisations.
